Ingredients:
Rice- 1 cup
Methi(fenugreek) leaves- 1 bunch
Garlic- 4 -5 fakes
Cashews- 5-6
Green chillies- 2-3
Salt
Mustard seeds
Oil
Proceedure:
- Wash methi properly and drain the water and keep aside.
- cook rice and spread over a plate to cool.
- Fry methi leaves with a spoon of oil.
- In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds.
- Now add garlic and Cashew nuts. Fry till they turn brown.
- Add the leaves and green chillies, fry for 2 mins.
- Add salt and half a spoon of turmeric powder.
- Now add rice and mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
