Ingredients: 
Capsicum-2
Onions-2
Tamarind juice-1/4 cup
Turmeric Powder- 1/2 Tsp
cumin seeds- 1/2 Tsp
Jaggery
Oil- 2 T sps
Masala to grind:
coconut grated-1/2 cup
Garlic-3-4 cloves
Green chillies - 4
corinader leaves
Dalia- 1/4 cup
black Til-1/4 cup
Proceedure:

Proceedure:
- In a pan, heat 2 Tspn of oil, add cumin seeds.
- When they change colour add onion and capsicum, sauté till light brown.
- Add tamarind juice and cook for 2 mins.
- Meantime, grind all the ingredients for masala.
- Now, add jaggery, haldi and ground masala.
- Cokk for 5 mins.
- Serve hot with Rothi os chapathi.
